Athletics Day

On Monday the grades 3-6 had athletics day. Some of the sports we played were shotput, high jump, 800 metre run, hurdles, relay races, triple jump and long jump.

People who came first in their event will go on to districts.

We had to dress up in our house colours (bass blue,collins green,murray yellow and flinders red).

Everyone had a great (and tiring) day we all had heaps of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to keep ourselves healthy?
This term we are learning how to keep ourselves healthy. We have made lots of healthy foods. Today we made peanut butter and sprout roll-ups!!!
They were so yummy!!!!
Last week we planted some sprout seeds and we used them to help make our roll-ups. Aren't we clever chickens???!!!
We are also growing mung beans and will use these for our cooking next week.
